The employees that I've interacted with here were always extremely rude and condescending. The man wasn't even helping me just making fun of my piece and flavor even to other people who came in. I also called one time just to ask a simple question about if they had something and what their price was and he couldn't give me a straight answer just abruptly and rudely told me to come into the store to ask, the phone conversation wasn't even longer than 15 seconds. I've only had one good experience here and it was with a nice girl who helped me find exactly what I needed. There are plenty of other smoke shops with extremely nice people who go out of their way to help you so do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.
