We started in April 2015 in White Hall, WV and quickly outgrew our first location. In the spring of 2016 we relocated to a larger storefront less than a mile from the old shop and increased our inventory by 65%!

Fair pricing, GREAT customer service! Unfortunately they didn't carry a specific item that I was looking for. Patrick went above and beyond trying to help me find ANYONE that carried it. When given the chance to badmouth the competition, he rose above and outright refused to do so. I don't know how much Patrick is making, but I'm confident he deserves a raise. If you miss seeing true customer service, or if you want to know what customer service looks like in 2018, go to Fairmont's Vapor Lounge and ask for Patrick.
