Feel like the owner lied to me to get me to spend more money. Came in and spoke with a young lady because I had some questions about how to smoke dabs. I'm an old guy and new to having a medical card. I was looking for something easy, no complications or bells and whistles to smoke dabs. The young lady showed me a few options but recommended a silicone nectar collector. She did as show me some pens as I asked but thought the silicone piece would be best and it was a steal at under $20. As she was getting ready to ring me up the owner came out and asked how we were doing and introduced himself. I told him I was purchasing the nectar collector. He asked if he could make a recommendation then wanted to show me the pens. I told him the young lady already showed me and I wanted the most similar item I could get. He told me the young lady didn't know what she was talking about and she should have come to ask him then proceeded to show me pens. I thought it was a bit disrespectful to say that and if that were true why is she working there however being the owner I assumed he knew what he was talking about. He convinced me to spend 3 times the amount I would have spent on the nectar collector and it was not simple and easy to use as he promised. I feel taken advantage of.
