I came here to find a glass replacement for my vaporesso mod. I had broken the glass in the process of changing my coil. So again, brand new coil that I had not yet used... because my glass was broken.... The guy helping me was smoking a cigarette and measuring glass replacements onto my tank. He somehow managed to burn my unused coil, as he's also on the phone and helping two other customers. I notice it and tell him, he seems to not hear me. When his attention is finally back on me, I casually just mention "hey dude you burned my coil with your cigarette". It's literally burnt black, and as any vaper knows, that's not what it looks like even if you weren't to change it for months. After explaining to him I haven't even used that coil yet and that I definitely wasn't trying to get over on him over a 5$ coil, it's not that serious - he got really rude, nasty, swore he didn't burn it even though my girlfriend and I just WATCHED it happen. Then said "now I'm not helping you at all." He was extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unnecessarily disgusting to someone who's been a regular customer. If you're a vaper, go to an actual Vape shop where they possess basic comprehension.. not just a head/smoke shop with idiotic workers who don't give individual attention and just end up making this worse.
