This is for the location in Seaside, which doesn't have a Yelp profile. We bought a vape tank here thank you have to build yourself. After taking it home upon further inspection we saw that there was already condensation on the inside of the tank and it smelled like vape juice, meaning it was already used. Okay, no big deal, we'll just return it. Only apparently this company doesn't have a procedure for processing returns. The clerk was completely dumbfounded about what to do, they said "I don't know what to do, I have to call my boss, my boss isn't here." Which is ridiculous because when we bought the tank the same clerk said "this is my shop." We talked for about ten minutes and made no progress, she was completely flabbergasted about how to solve the problem. Go to under the bridge smoke shop in Astoria, we had to return an item there once and the process took roughly 20 seconds. Most unprofessional service I've ever received.
