I went to this location yesterday and when purchasing a vape for HQD Pen Plus it was not pulling correctly when hitting it. I have experience this before and know for sure that the pen will die faster due to it not having proper charge. Guess what it died when I got home.... Normally when you test it in store before leaving they exchange it if bad, but when I mentioned the pull the gentleman behind the counter says it it's fine to me you can't exchange. What's the purpose of testing then if we find it wrong but you think it's fine... sadly bad customer service ladies and gentlemen. I work right around the corner of this place and they have lost my business forever. If you go to this place expect no exchanges even if they sell you a bad product. Not worth wasting money when you can go to a legitimate vape store. This is just a quick shop thinking they can call themselves a vape store.
