I went to purchase a Hamilton Devices PBI Vaporizer and a vape pen water pipe adapter 04/20/21 at around 11:30am at your Tannersville Store. There where only two customers myself and a young lady that walked in as I was entering. The sales person new her by name and told her that he would take cake of her as soon as he is done with me. Giving her time to figure out what she was getting. He quickly asked me what I wanted I told him that I wanted the PBI Vaporizer and and an adapter for my water pipe. He kept asking if I wanted any thing else. I felt rushed. I felt like he just wanted me out of the store. So I took my merchandise and change as I was walking to my car I realized he had given me a white color adapter and I had wanted a black one. When I asked the sales person to exchange it for a black one he quickly gave me an attitude and told me that is all he has. I had to tell him that I was looking at a color black one right in front of me. I gave him the white one and he threw the black one on the counter. I spent $55 but I will never go back and spend another penny in that store. I will also let all my family and friends know not to shop there. This is why I prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with ATTITUDES!
