So this used to be my go to vape shop and yesterday I bought a vape that didn't work. And because I was in a rush and bought two I didn't open right away. So no problem I'll go back tomorrow and have them replace it. No they would not. So in stead of just replacing the bunk item they sold me they lost a very loyal customer. For the most part all the other employees are nice but Daniel is just clueless on how to handle customer service. Oh and a lot of items like disposables got stored in a hot storage of the owners house so that's why all the disposables taste bad and are no good and they sell you for full price.
