Bought a Lookah Seahorse Pro on 10/24/2020,(today is 10/26/2020) and it does not work properly. So, today I went up there and asked for someone to maybe show me what I was doing wrong or exchange it. They would NOT do either and told me to call the manufacturer! ( Girl with the green hair, you are a snotty little bitch!) It's manufactured in China, no phone number to call. No where in the store does it say "No Refunds" So I guess I'm out $49.04. Needless to say, I will NOT be back to this store, will definitely be giving Peace of Mind all of my future business. These people are a joke!!
