I bought a vape here just bc I was lucky enough to find the owner in the building. I needed some pod refills for the vape I bought and there's a sign on the door saying call 1st curb side pickup only however no one ever answers the phone, I've left messages voicemails AND TEXTS and they are never returned. I tried to walk to the store to hopefully catch someone in it but both times the store was completely empty. This guy has ZERO customer service skills either that or he just doesn't give a crap about his business anymore. I had to do a lot of research to find the correct pods my machine takes then a lot of research finding a site that sold these particular pods until one day I got lucky and found one and ordered. Had I not found this site selling the pods I needed I would be $50 down the drain with a useless vape. The owner is very rude and I don't see him being in business for very much longer. If he's going out of business a reply saying so would've been polite and courteous but this guy has no manners ZERO!
