I was happy that Lucas talked to me on Facebook I drive 30 miles to this place, I'm out in the country, I stopped in the owner Nolan was there and no one else, he already had a selection for me and showed me nothing else, he seemed to talk down to me but after some small talk he even said he lived in lady smith, and drove out my way so I could get supply's like juice and coils etc and would be willing to drop it on his way home, well I bought my unit and went on my marry way, day later.. I screwed up a setting and it would not work I could not get a hold of a Nolan so had to talk on Facebook, no go..I emailed the email off the website, no answer. Was disappointed, then had battery problem, i got a no name battery they gave me and it was HOT!, no answer again..then I wrote a review on Facebook, and basically got told off that my questions were redundant.. I went to Azar in Chippewa Falls, and am very happy.
