I came to this establishment earlier today and asked the employee for a recommendation on disposable vapes. She recommended the Esco Bar vapes (I've never tried this brand). So I went ahead with her recommendation. I did not open the vape until I got back to school and it tasted fine initially, but within an hour or so it started to taste burnt. I even asked one of the other students who vapes to try just to ensure I wasn't mistaken and she agreed. I called back to see if I could swap it out for another vape, but was told that since I already left the store that I could not come back and exchange it and that they always encourage customers to test the vape in the store. I told her I was not encouraged to do so which I wasn't and she still said I couldn't exchange the item because some people try to scam and switch out vapes. This was NOT the case with me. I was also NEVER encouraged to try the vape in the store and if I was I clearly wouldn't be in this situation. This issue now falls on the business as they failed to stick to their "encouraging customers to test in store", and it's very unfortunate that they chose to handle the situation this way. I will not be returning or referring anyone else to this establishment. I only gave 2 stars because the employee was pleasant and they had a really sweet dog there, but the way they handled this situation is unfortunate. Every situation shouldn't be handled the same.. some things are case by case basis.
