Great experience as a first time customer. Walked in yesterday, told the gentleman that I wanted to buy a new battery, bc my vape had stopped working and I wanted to buy a new battery to troubleshoot it myself. Instead of selling me one on the spot, he asked to see it himself to try and troubleshoot. This alone I felt was amazing customer service. Long story short, Richard figured out my problem, and sold me the solution (I bought his recommended product and I am super happy with it). He also went over basic maintenance to keep my piece healthy. The fact that he didn't try to sell me anything right away was a huge green flag. Plus the recommendation he made was legit. I will forever come to THIS shop from now on! Thanks everyone that works there, y'all rock
