There are several ways to learn the basics if you're just looking to dip a toe in the world of vaping. My first step was to try to find information online, which is surprisingly difficult. Too many differing opinions, and it gets really technical really fast. You find yourself going down a rabbit hole and all of a sudden there's all of this stuff that you "need". I don't need this, I'm not looking to get into it as a hobby; I just want to try it out. So I decided to choose a different tack, to visit this shop and talk to an actual person. I sort of expected that kind of disinterested guy behind the counter half rolling his eyes when I walk in not knowing the first thing about anything, but that's not what I got. I got full and undivided attention, a solid explanation of the basics, and rather than being upsold on something I didn't need, I was directed to exactly what I needed -- something basic that performs well. The prices are in line with what you can find on the internet, which was a bit unexpected too. I would have expected to pay a premium for shopping in person, but that's not really the case here. In fact, one piece of hardware that I picked up was a good 30% cheaper than I could find anywhere else (you had to get a bottle of juice with it to get that price, but I was going to do that anyway). This is a nice, clean shop operated by friendly and knowledgeable people. The membership, if you choose to get one, costs $1 and gives you one month of access to test all of their flavors in the store. It's a no-brainer if you're interested in finding a flavor you like but don't want to take chances by selecting a flavor based on description alone.
