Real quick for the reader. I stopped by this store looking for a certain coil. I walked in and was greeted and let the person working know what I was searching for. She told me there was only one certain coil for the mod I had when in fact there's actually 3 different types. I let that slide lol. I asked about just buying a new rig altogether when I noticed the price was astronomical compared to retail. When I asked why, she proceeded to tell me I could go to the competitor and find the same item marked up $30+. So I did exactly that to see for myself and when I got to the competitor store, the kind man had exactly the coils I was looking for and showed me the price on the mod I was considering buying at Izzy's for... wait for it... $26 less. Long story short. Don't gouge or markup items, especially when the business is already seemingly failing.
