My boyfriend and I have been coming here since I moved here last August and we hadn't had a problem till today. My boyfriend went in to get a new no nicotine vape at 9:23 am and by 10:30 am it was misfiring on its own and shooting out smoke. He even took a snap of it to send it to me and show me. !!! He called the vape shop to let them know, they said to come in for a replacement- no problem. Took time during the work day thinking it was going to be quick and easy.. Wrong. Completely denied to replace it, said they didn't care and talked down to me like a child. Will be taking my ass to Blaze n Flame from now on, they literally carry the same products, same price and hella friendly.
