Bought a 22$ rechargeable hyde vape from them. yes its a disposable, got home opened it and it didn't work. called the store and they said they wouldn't even refund me or swap it out. when i called they said once it leaves the store it's not their responsibility, but he then said he usually has people try it out in the store before they leave. would have been nice to tell me that today when i bought it. horrible customer service. iv been coming here for two years, well they just lost a valued customer.
