I walked in expecting to throw out the current product i was using and start fresh. Not only did Adam help me fix my issue, he also cleaned it up, filled new pods, and made sure I knew more about how to use my product properly. He also let me try a bunch of flavors to find not only one flavor, but two i really love. He was patient with me and for a person with anxiety, it meant a LOT.
