Here's the issue with vape stores: there's so many. So I choose my go to place by seeing if they have the products I like, an inviting storefront, and a friendly staff. Unfortunately that last part is Krazy Ape's problem. From the second you come in the door without being even acknowledged (not asking for a party here), to the second you finally leave (which makes the staff very happy), the service is short and definitely not sweet. It's a real shame. The first few times we went, we enrolled in the rewards program, which will now not go to any use. It's not worth being such a burden to these guys. It's surely not hard to find another vape shop in Houston TX.
