Established in 2013 Why the name Lavish? ...it's about the experience. Lavish Premium Vapor Boutique came about when two friends Albert & Brittany realized there was only one tiny hidden vape shop located in the Hampton Roads area. "Having grown up in Virginia & since moved to the West coast, I realized where I grew up was lacking in the land of vaping. On the West coast, there was a vape store on every corner! I wondered why this industry that helped so many of my friends over there quit smoking cigarettes hadn't made its way over to my hometown & its surrounding cities yet.
