I usually come to this smoke shop every other day and due to my ptsd and anxiety issues I bring my registered service dog and until today its never been an issue the men that work at this shop are very polite and amazing they clearly care about the customer and want to help but the obese lady with the braids is constantly rude and abrasive always on her phone and today she decides to ask me for my service dog papers. To my knowledge that's not allowed. She closes the shop early whenever she works. If it weren't for her I'd come back to this place but thanks to her I will never step foot in here again not with that rude ignorant and abrasive woman working there. 0 stars if I could
