On April 12 I made an order and bought the Linx Hypno Zero. Upon receiving it I noticed one of the Mouse tips came broken. I went to go charge it for about two hours, unplugged it, loaded my element and upon pressing the button I was quickly shocked and it stung my hand. A couple of hours later I try to get in and it ended up working until about a week later the spare mouth tip split into two. On 4/20 the pan completely stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label. After about a week of the date of the return pick up back to me and told me that because I glued back the broken mouthpiece to get an exchange or return. Customer service got back and said that this voided my warranty. The website does not state this. Regardless if the tips we're glued or not they should have been covered by the warranty so it wouldn't have mattered. Customer service did not give a crap that their defective product shocked my hand or that my hand was hurt. They found an excuse and ran with it. They took no accountability. Complete waste of almost $100. I've contacted local news, and certain influencers that report on cases like this.
