I buy juice from Luxor and have no complaints. All of the people I've dealt with have been pleasant and helpful. Something I dislike about the shop is that they unwrap new hardware to display outside of their boxes. This means that at least one person and perhaps a number of customers have handled something you're purchasing to put in your mouth. Another thing I dislike is that the store seems to open up (possibly labeled as "not for individual sale") boxes of parts like pods and sell them at inflated prices - close to the amount of a full box elsewhere.
