This place has proven over and over what horrible customer service/care truly means. A few months ago purchased a vape kit. That night went to charge it and found the usb port was split and not working out of the box. The next morning went to exchange it and low and behold they would not lift a finger to help return or exchange it. A few months went by and I blew it off getting small things here or there. Purchased quite a few things yesterday and after the girl working there sold me on a tank I went in to exchange a $7 pair of tweezers unopened purchased from there less than 24 hours ago to put it toward a more expensive purchase and guess what.... these people get rude and their explanation of why they woukld not do it was even better! LOL The TWEEZERS were tobacco related!?!? STAY AWAY IF YOUR LOOKING for actual customer service or just need wear and tear items like coils. Btw two of the girls in there are actually super helpful and sweet but trapped by the companys "we got your money now leave" attitude.
