I recently purchased a coil from magic vapor shop on the Cumberland gap parkway in corbin, kentucky. I was already wary of going to this establishment, simply because I've been there several times and they refuse to help me find the things that I need. But my favororite vaporshop is closed on sundays. Anyways, I purchased a coil and asked the cashier to assist me in putting it in. They both ignored my requests and told me to have a good day. So I abruptly left the store, not knowing how to fix my cigarette. Once I got it home and tried to fix it, I realized that the coil they gave me was not even the correct one for my device! And i had the device on me and they both saw it, acknowledged what brand it was and spoke openly to one another about which coil it was that I needed! They gave me the wrong coil, they refused to help me put it on, and when I tried to return it they refused saying that I should have known it was wrong when I purchased it! I'll never go back to this establishment. They are the most unhelpful and rude employees I have ever encountered in my life! If 0 stars was an option I would choose zero. These people are disgustingly rude and they will never get my business again.
