I want to give a shout out to GIO he is the only reason I would give 5 stars! I purchased a disposable vape pen, actually I purchased 4, and one did not work at all. I called immediately and the kind person on the phone asked the manager/owner lmao (who is a nasty C@NT, she thinks she is hot shit and she is nothing but OLD, stale bread. with a fake tan and leather skin) Her, an old lady in her 50's trying to look young wearing a Gucci belt and parking her gross Bentley in a handicapped spot......crooked. She is NOT handicapped, well maybe she is mentally but she did not have a pass, while I did and could not park in the spot designated for me. There were NO spots for actual people who had a handicapped pass. I took a picture of her car and called the police and posted her car all over my social media. The owner is an entitled typical long island bitch who should keep her mouth shut or else one day she isnt going to be so lucky! She looks like a stuck up bitch, she told me I could not have a refund or exchange!!!!! Gio took apart the pen and spent about 10 minutes trying to fix it and he did!!!!!!! He is awesome!!! If it wasnt for him.........I would have gone off on that c@nt and i still might. Needless to say, I will never be going back there and I told everyone I know about my experience as well as posting to all my social media and my youtube channel.
