Called for coils. Came in for the coils. Only to have other people helped that came in after me. After she confirmed what I was there for. Went out to my car after waiting for people after me. Came back inside only to wait for 3 more people to have juice made for them. Instead of taking their order. Then selling me the coils. THEN making the juice. Doesn't that seem more logical and efficient? I thought so to. Being that I have years of customer service experience. That including waiting on tables. Yoy do cral logically. Strategically. Not messy and making people wait 30+ minutes after everyone that came in before you. I was internally outraged and I'm now waiting to be helped. I will give my opinion to her in hopes that she uses logic next time instead of not giving proper service in a timely manner, in the order it was received.
