So I came to Modernage looking for a vape pen that is good for carts. I ended up walking away with an imini vaporizer. I got in my car tried to fire it and the light blinked light blue twice but no firing. So I came back up to the store and told them about the situation and they said all sales are final and there was nothing they could do. They said I need to contact the manufacturer and get a refund that way. I then asked for a manager. The manager came around the counter said there was nothing they could do that they might have a thousand of those pens come in at one time and only one might be dysfunctional. So I told the manager that he needed to call the owner because I was not leaving until they made this right. So the manager got on his phone and texted the owner and the owner agreed to make it right. Before the manager listened to him, he tinkered with the imini again and got it to fire. I tried my own cart in it and still a no go. Then the manager reluctantly, traded the broken imini for two Leaf Buddi pens that were equal to the price of the imini. It sucks that their policies are the way they are cause if they were different they might have a better customer rapport. The reason I am giving them 5 stars despite all of the hassle is because in the end they did make it right. Buyer beware though, when buying something from Modernage please try it before you swipe your card. TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY OT
