Usually don't leave reviews for places like this. I understand their no refund policy. But I feel like for customers that come in there quite often, should be allowed exchanges. Anyways I just bought a smoke buddy and I've never had problems until I take this red one out and I'm about to use it and I hear rattling. I shake it and these black beads come out everywhere. I mean I call the store not expecting much, but just praying hopefully I could exchange it, but it was an obvious no. For $26 and something that's not nicotine I was hoping again for a better outcome, and therefore my reason for being the rating it is. Thanks.
