I came in to your shop earlier today, with no real idea of what I needed. I explained to the young lady working their that I needed something short term while giving up tobacco. She helped me pick out what I needed, set everything up for me, and made sure everything was clear. Polite, empathic, very kind. Very grateful for her help.
