They really went out of their way to bring in my particular brand of smokes. Admittedly, it is an older brand, (I'm an older guy), and I'd never had a problem getting them while I lived in Texas. In the PNW however, it was a totally different matter. No one had them or had even heard of my brand!! It took several weeks, but they did eventually find a supplier and I have been happily buying 3 cartons a month from them ever since. If you smoke something other than Marlboro or those nasty Pall Malls...This is definitely the store to go to. They will go the extra mile for 'just one customer', unlike a certain nearby smoke smoke shop I won't even bother naming.
