I use to be a faithful customer until recent actions of an employee came into play and the doubt of being a good customer and trusting his word. I brought it up to higher up and only to fall on deaf ears and they choose to stand by that employee. I always paid in full and had zero problems, even when I had purchased a line of bunk coils. Until I recently went to get a coil swap because it would not register in my vape, did I get greeted with distrust and I have been vaping for years without any problems and well knowing of how to change coils. The employee half way straight up hooked the coil up to my mod and fired it off and never fully assembled the tank and said it works fine. The employee handed coil back to me and acted like I did not know what I was doing. I warn you that Nu Way will switch on you and treat you different in a heartbeat, and I encourage you to not buy vape merchandise from these people cause eventually if they question your ability to vape , even though you been doing it for years, they will not help you and deem you as ignorant.
