Had the best customer service experience I've ever had here. Prior to walking into their shop I visited the 3 other stores with the same type of product and walked out of each one in disgust. I was going in these stores open minded, just trying to do more listening rather than explaining that I know the products very well. I was being told false info, I was being told I need the $75 product when I only needed the $30, and the attitude of all these shops were almost sad. My dad always taught me that when you find good/honest business you don't only a knowledge it hit you also pay it forward to them. So I walked into Nu2u snd first thing that I was very excited about was not being bombarded with questions. Normally you would walk in and they greet you, ask what your looking for, they have these those and look how expensive this is but you should buy it.... I absolutely hate that. So I walk in and I get a very happy welcoming from "Baby Jesus". Looked around and finally I decided I had some questions. This guy was the truth! He knew everything about the products , I told him Off the bat that I'm a total beginner in the "vape world" but would like to give it a try because smoking cigarettes is disgusting and I'm sick of it. We talked about my smoke amount he compared my levels and put me on a "Geek Vape". It's not the most expensive vape, it's easy and a overall great product. We talked and related on a crazy cool level and had a lot in common. I now haven't smoked a cig I. A month or so and I am truly a vape supporter thru and theu. They have helped me with many other things since then (Delta 8) and it's the best store and only store I will shop at. Prices are great and overall the whole staff is A1. 10/10 and if you want the best experience and the best product and guidance this is the spot.
