So I head to this store from Massachusetts, since our state does not sell flavored juices. For the past six months I've been purchasing vapes and the juices. I realized I needed a back up when I forget to charge my original. Less than a month ago I purchased the second with the juices. This second on leaks so much juice, it is probably going to die - never mind losing that much juice. I headed there today to get an exchange (which was kinda dumb with this snow/ice storm) and I was immediately told "they don't do exchanges." I didn't want money back, I just wanted an exchange since the company that makes these told me I had to go back to where I purchased it. I loved going there because they were super sweet, and explained how these work. Since they don't back their products, I wanted to let humans know before they purchase anything from their smoke shop. You're basically screwed out of $50 bucks - which is twice the amount one can get online if they shipped to my state. Unfortunately, for them, they are many other smoke shops in New Hampshire and I will be supporting the new store. Purchase from On The Border Smoke Shop carefully. In fact, spend your hard earned moola somewhere else.
