Avoid this smoke shop. Unfortunately I've been going there for 2 years. Won't go anymore, very bad and disrespectful customer service. Never provide receipt even after cash or card paiement not only this time. All the time. Two weeks ago, I bought an air bar mint. As I do everytime i opened after I bought it in the front of the store. This one wasn't working at all. So I went back to the store trying to explain to the owner that my puff didn't work. He started to yell at me, telling me that I was trying to steal from him and he was going to sue me for that ! He was very agressif about it while in my entire life I never stole anything, always been an honest person. I was what ???? I even show him the number of the box and the puffs pen that they were the same that I'm sure he didn't knew about it !! Man I just came back to show you that it didn't work. Then I told him that I will go to the police station because of his behavior and that actually he was trying to steal my money by selling me that puff. End story : he gave me a new one after I told him I will go to the police station. (obviously yelling and screaming on the top of his lungs.) and telling me to never go back to this which was obvious after that miserable behavior. I actually came back today to buy the product, the owner asked for my ID, suddenly, right away the product disappear and you told me " I don't sale them anymore " Amazingly, I sent two friends, one before and one after. Magically, he sold them the product. So nope, I'm not a scammer. HE literally rejected AND REFUSE me to buy one of his product.. Customer service = ZERO.
