Unfortunately, I give pleasant vapes both prince frederick and dunkirk a horrible rating. Customer service is horrible and they have a huge lack of know how when it comes to vaping. I had to educate them about some of their mods. Not only is there a lack of know how, they completely do not give the best service. Attitides are consistent at both locations and they dont have a return policy period. If its broke they dont care. They will tell you to bring it in without telling you that you only have a week to do so. And if it is actually broken they wont take it back they direct you to call the maker. This entire company is unprofessional and not user friendly. As a long time vaper i was very displeased the worst store ive been to.
