Zero customer service. Unless you are a regular employees wont even talk to you. Employee's refuse to explain what the products are and will deem a transaction "illegal." The employees make it impossible for me to give them money. If I walk in willing to spend money, I end up having to purchase what I need online or from another store because Im not willing to play Simon Says.
