I bought a smok PRM well it's fairly new so I needed a coil well they did not have any and they gave me the wrong one so I called just to see if they could find the right one well I got left on hold for 10 minutes and I still can not get through because the line is still busy so I would have been on hold for 15 minutes I wasn't upset but now I'm very upset warning people don't pay 80 dollars for this smok PRM 40 it sucks and they don't have the parts for it this was the Crosby store ok update I had to actually go to the store I walked in there isn't a soul in there I said who is the manager the lady said I am well I said you left me on hold she said yeah I was busy but there was no one in the store at all so they give me the wrong coil and I didn't even open it and she said we don't do refunds wow no REFUNDS I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows this I will never go to the Crosby vap shop again I like and never had a problem with Zack & Macs it's right across the street puff and stuff sucks and so does the manager she is not management material
