I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that helped me pick out a new piece yesterday, 11-5-20 around 3:30pm. Very friendly and helpful guy, who sold me a silicone 2-N-1 Ooze piece. He took great care to answer my questions, was knowledgeable about the products available, and helped me to stay within my price range. I love my new Ooze piece, and even my boyfriend said that I made a good purchase. I'm sorry that I did not ask for the gentleman's name, but he is amazing at his job and will definitely be back in the future to purchase more from him/Puff's. He definitely deserves a raise for his professional, yet caring salesmanship.
