Y'know, Rao Mart is like your alcoholic uncle who you tolerated because he gave you booze all through your teens...like yeah the staff are more often than not rude and inconsiderate... and the prices are in constant flux, but they were there for me when no other smoke shop was. I'm pretty sure that's where I bought my first piece. And the owner is a jerk on the outside but he's a nice guy at heart, he's replaced my downstem for free on more than one occasion. A solid 3 stars for having an 80's attitude well into the 2000's. Would've been four stars but I took one off for that time I asked for smokes and he just didn't even ask for ID but just flat-out said No.
