Nice place and they have a wide selection and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The only two issues I have is their return policy and the fact I bought a Pulsar TAP today. Took off the plastic rapping and the Pen doesn't work, won't charge even turn on. I felt like the young lady who sold me this PEN might of known that this product might be unreliable. Because when I asked about if I had issues she stated that they have a no return policy. So, in all good conscience I can't recommend going to this establishment again. I appreciate the fact they offer military/veterans discount. But I rather patronize a place that at the least would offer an exchange. So, the Pulsar site has a 6 month warranty I've been in contact and they are sending a new TAP hopefully, they'll stand by their product.
