I am visiting my parents and went to this shop for a new vape pen. It was all I needed, and I knew exactly which one I needed. When I walked in the door, a female voice from the back yelled out, "I'll be with you in a minute!" I said sure, no problem! So I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. No hello, no recognition of a (new) customer waiting, nothing. After several minutes, I politely called out that I had somewhere I needed to be, should I come back later? The woman came out from the back, looked at me like I was bothering her, pointed at another woman there, and said, "Well, I'm helping her!" I was really taken aback. I got the impression that she was in the back manually preparing juices for the other customer, which I already know is a time-consuming task. She did not ask what I needed, no greeting, nothing. Since my money clearly was of no importance (and my time is), I drove all the way to Winter Haven to a place called Ohm something. They had exactly what I needed, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, no problem. There is no way I will go back to this place when visiting family in Auburndale. That treatment was totally uncalled for.
