I bought a pack of raspberry blueberry pods for my juul and they not only tasted gross- but were completely defective and shot juice into my mouth every time I used it. I came back to return them for a different pack (they were already $20) which is insane for off brand juul pods, and they said they'd let me buy another one instead because they couldn't take it back. Apparently he "couldn't help" I didn't like the taste and completely ignored the fact it was DEFECTIVE. so he finally placed a new pack of grape pods on the counter because he "didn't feel like arguing" with me. Awful customer service. I will be continuing to go to smokers haven- this place is CHEAP!
