I did quite a bit of research on rigs to find something reliable, as my previous vape store sold me 3 in a row that didn't work, and then denied that they were faulty. Went to Royal, they didn't have it on hand, but called the store in gastown and had it sent over hours later. Love it. They even know what brand of liquid I previously got, and have been great recommending liquid that I might like! Great service, considering I'm not there every week or anything. Nice atmosphere, super clean, friendly associates.
