Starting with the positives: their staff is always exceptionally friendly and the location is always very clean!! Great spot in the corner off Herndon. With that said they have a very small selection of items, especially vapes and they are significantly more expensive than anywhere else, including the gas station in the same lot. What I pay $25 for everywhere else in fresno they charge $35 for (the Flum 3,000 after taxes and fees). They are good when there's no other option. But $10 is a steep price increase. Check out High Society if you want a better selection and significantly lower prices.
