The first time I set foot in this place, the young man was very attentive and generally concerned about my well being. He helped me forgive out what could help me with issues I have with Lupus and Leukemia and my insomnia. He was amazing! Fast forward to today, my second visit here and I was so disappointed. The young lady working here didn't acknowledge me upon my arrival, no smile...NADA!!! This is terrible customer service especially if you depend on your job to make ends meet. ACT like you want your job!!! There was no other customer in the store so there's was absolutely no reason for her to not give me the attention deserved. She could have asked opened ended questions and possibly offered me other products. Who knows, I may have made additional purchases. Do better!
