An hour after buying cigarettes, I received a call from Fraud Prevention Dept at my bank to ask if I authorized a charge. Seems that someone lacking the physical card used the card number to try to purchase $119 of something. The charge didn't go through, but then you wouldn't expect it to without a PIN or a CCV. Beware.
