I walked in and the employee was on the phone. The second he got off he starts complaining about people calling the store. I said that's good customer service that you help people and he grumbled something and so I asked him about the CBD oil. First thing he said was that stuff doesn't work for me then complained about the taste. First of all, its not for him and second if it doesn't work then why carry it? So I picked the one that I liked and that I did some research on line at their Smokeless website. He proceeded to ring it up and said it was $85.70 I asked, how much tax is on that? He said the typical sales tax, I said online its $70 at your site, he said its $80 here. Instead of being a Karen and going across the counter at him, I just figured keep the $10. I'll order it from somewhere else next time. Way too much competition out there to be a terrible, whiney ass customer service person and then rip off your clientele. Never again!
