I've only visited this location twice, and the first visit was pleasant. I needed a specific Smok coil, and he assured me this was the one I needed and if not I could bring it back. It ended up being for the wrong vape, and when we came back in he got super defensive and started talking over us, along with telling us he had never said that and raising his voice. We chose not to even pursue it past that and left. So now when I could've had 5 good coils, I have 5 I can't do anything with. Could definitely take advantage of those who don't speak up. Would give it zero stars if I could.
