If I could give zero stars to this conceited trailer trash employee, I would. First of all the product was defective and could've killed me. His best response was that he could give me a new piece of glass, but magically he was out. So I asked to exchange it. That fucking idiot doesn't realize the difference in "all sales final" and "you're product could've shot glass into my eyeballs and blinded me, replace it". If this is how he runs this place, he's about to face a hefty lawsuit.
